Welcome to the Lazy Gal Summer Quilting Class of 2008 (even though I'm a pinhead and put 2007 in the url). Our theme is repetition. We're working in a free-pieced or improvisational way. No templates, no patterns, not much measuring and not many rules.

Looks great! I'll be interested to see what comes next!
Nice letters. I like the "laugh" best so far.
Your letters look wonderful. I've only tried them once on a postcard and everything was slanted! I've got a quilt I want to border with some phrases - I'm hoping mine will turn out as nice as these.
Isn't it funny how you make a letter two or three times and it is always just a bit different? I like the randomness of it.
Great letters. Love the 'love' :-))
I like the love best, because it isn't as even as the rest. Have you tried some lower case? makes the words look a bit friendlier, I think. Keep playing, and have fun!
Love "love" and the G in Laugh. Try lowercase next and then mixing lowercase and uppercase.
You are so right though - love, learn, laugh (and don't look at the mess afterwards - you should see the carpet round my sewing table ROTFLOL!).
I love your letters! I like "love" especially, the bright red print is great for love.

Great fabric choices! There is plenty of contrast between the letters and the background.
Oh! This is great! My other blog is called Live Love Laugh Learn! Now I'm going to have to do one of these too. Where will I find the time!
these are wonderful. you've got some great bits of character in there, like the E in LOVE and the U and G in LAUGH. excellent.
