ok, so here is the full layout i think. i am off to do some details to integrate the pieced carrot section into the applique flowers...and possibly still to add a tiny all around border???
Welcome to the Lazy Gal Summer Quilting Class of 2008 (even though I'm a pinhead and put 2007 in the url). Our theme is repetition. We're working in a free-pieced or improvisational way. No templates, no patterns, not much measuring and not many rules.

Jude, This is so lovely and whimsical. A tiny border will look really sweet.

I love it. The faces are so real. Perhaps just a small border. Well more of a binding I would have thought.
Jude, Me again! The quilt is looking lovely. After more thought, it is not Sendak's monsters that the bunnies resemble, but Max in his monster suit. (I told you I couldn't stop thinking about it.)
Exquisite!
I'd like to see a bit of green maybe up one side, but not all the way around.
This is really lovely - I can imagine a story to go along with it - fun.
I just can't stop looking at this....I really love it, the muted colors with the bold...the moody yet sweet bunnies---there is a story here---the mysterious carrots. Do take many pictures of it before it goes to it's other home.
This is my first viewing of your project. *Very* cool. I especially like the birds in the sky.
