Constrution finished.
All we have to do now is tidy up the neighbourhood and build the infrastructure.

Welcome to the Lazy Gal Summer Quilting Class of 2008 (even though I'm a pinhead and put 2007 in the url). Our theme is repetition. We're working in a free-pieced or improvisational way. No templates, no patterns, not much measuring and not many rules.

they look great! i really like how the orange backgrounded one has a slanted background - adds to the fun! what size are you aiming for?
I'd want to live here, especially in that middle house that floats in the neighbourhood. Great!
totally cute...i just love those little houses, and the colors are great!
looks great, Clare. that black was such a great choice for zing.
Its about 35 x 26 ins at the moment. I going with the wonky look, i.e not doing straight edges. I was thinking about another thin border outside the black and decided against it. Shall do a dark binding tho - don't want to detract from the houses.
Wonderful! I love the colors.
Just great! It just pops with fun!
The colours are to die for! (Maybe we could paint our house orange!?)
Wonderful houses! The center one captures my eye. It makes me think of a gourd house. Fun!
I love them! They make me smile!
