There we go.
All sewn together - just need to find a free evening to get it basted and I cannot wait to begin quilting this one. I don't think I will do another border, just a black binding.
Thanks again for the nudge Tonya - this was really great fun! By the time I got to the words on the top border, I was really flying with my free piecing.
Hope everyone else can find the inspiration to continue their pieces. Enjoy.

Great quilt!
I love the skinny letters. Great quilt.
It's fantastic! Your borders came out incredibly well. I love the saucer on the orange cup - very fun. Of course yesterday, after commenting that I was drinking a cup of tea and reading your post, and then over at Cher's commiserating on her computer problems, I tipped my tea all over the place. luckily just got the keyboard wet... hope it likes tea with milk - I'm waiting for it to dry out. luckily have a laptop in the meantime...
Darling quilt! I love the way you combined different backgrounds for the tea cups.

This came out great...ditto Andrea's comment on the backgrounds. Really makes the eyes move. Nice job!!! Now perhaps one for coffee?!
how fun, I love it!
very beautiful
This looks great! It's well balanced and yet wonky and charming all at the same time :- ) You deserve a big pat on the back for this one!
This is so lovely! I like the way your letters are quite skinny. Mine usually end up a bit clonky. I would like to make a tea quilt for my daughter, as she loves the stuff!
Great quilt! I like the cups in the border enticing us to have a cuppa.
